What shipping service do you use?

Orders ship via USPS First Class which take approximately 2-5 days to reach their destination.  Each package is unsured up to $100.

Purple Wall Shop is not responsible for items delayed or lost by USPS. Each item is insured via Shipsurance. If your order is lost or damaged, please email us right away. Damaged items need photographic proof, so please also send us pictures of your damaged item/s, plus pictures of the damage itself on the shipped box. We will need those to file a claim for you. Lost package claims cannot be filed until 20 business days after items were shipped.

Additionally, if your package was lost, you can click the USPS link here to start a search for it. Please also check with your neighbors, your mailman, or your local post office. A lot of times, packages are just mistakenly delivered to the wrong person.


Do you offer international shipping?

We currently only ship to the United States, but we are working on offering international shipping in the near future. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the latest updates.

When will my order ship?

Current processing time for Christmas ornaments is 2 business days.

Soap dispensers have a 3 business day turn around, but they usually go out early.

What if I order more than one soap dispenser?

Our soap dispensers ship in individual boxes to provide the best protection during shipping. You will recieve one shipping box per soap dispenser you order. You will also recieve tracking info for each box, so check your email carefully.

Your item currently says "out of stock," when will you have more available?

We are a small shop and work dilegently to make sure our items remain in stock. However, we can not predict when a rush of sales will deplete our stock. It’s easiest way to know when items are available to purchase is to follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

You can also be notified by email when you sign up for our newsletter. That way you don’t miss any flash sales or discounts we may be running.

Do you do returns, exchanges or cancellations?

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, unless an error was made on our part.

Please review our current production and shipping estimates (above) to ensure your order will arrive on time. No refunds will be issued for “late” items.
